Describe the enhancement and the motivation for it.
There are instances where the Author is out of office, busy with other tasks, or in a training, and you need to update a review request for a feature/pronto.
Of course, you don't want to get his/her log-in credentials just for you to update it and most probably he/she won't give it to you.
So, your only option is create another review request. Unfortunately, this option will cost you a lot of time filling up the description, checking the diffs, etc.
Reviewer might be confused due to duplicate reviews.
And lastly, you won't be able to track existing review comments.

Please provide any additional information below.
In order to address above issues, I suggesting to implement "Multiple Authors" for a review request. The main author will have an option to add co-authors. These co-authors will have a privilege to update/modify existing review request.
