3592: Reviewboard 2.0.8. Pasting text from context menu is not possible

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add a comment to a diff to open a window for adding comment
2. In the textbox press right mouse button to show context menu
3. Menu doesn't have copy-paste operations

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
User should have copy paste operation in menu as in standard context menu.

What operating system are you using? What browser?
Windows 7x64, firefox

Firefox 35. Pasting via CTRL+c CTRL+v works fine in diff comments, summary and other fields. Context menu does not have 'Paste' option.

Internet Explorer 11. Pasting via CTRL+c CTRL+v works fine in diff comments, summary and other fields. Context menu available but does not paste text in diff comments. Does paste in summary, testing etc.
