What's the URL of the page containing the problem?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Star a review
2. The review is closed
3. Go to your starred reviews
4. The closed reviews are not shown, but reflect in the count of starred reviews
5. You cannot locate previously starred reviews once they're closed unless you can remember the review request number
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect all starred reviews to be listed on my dashboard, regardless of whether they have been marked submitted or discarded
