3107: Negative count of requests

I create request and then delete it. After that number of my review request will be -1. Then I create second request and count of request equal 0.
How did you "delete" it? Through the review request's "Delete Permanently" or through the admin interface?

To reproduce this situation you should:0) Install Review Board 1.7.16 1) Create a new request. 2) Select Close-Discarded. 3) Then click Reopen for Review 4) Delete Permanently. I reproduce this bug always.

I've been trying to reproduce this bug, and just can't. I know there are negative count issues, and I've seen them in the wild, but none of the repro steps seem to work for me. Is there anything in your repro steps you may have left out? Doing exactly those steps doesn't result in a counter issue here. The screenshot you posted is only showing a negative count for stars. Did you star/unstar at any point during this process?
