1. The number being displayed in the dashboard for incoming review requests is negative, information available in the attached snapshot

recently upgraded to Review Board 1.6 from 1.5.5 and this error started popping up.

For now, you can fix this with "rb-site /path/to/site manage fixreviewcounts"
