What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Mouse over a review row in the dashboard table
2. Click

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I'd expect to go to the review, since my mouse pointer is a hand. Instead, it does nothing. It should either not show a hand cursor, or clicking should go to the review.

Heh, yeah, sorry - I've been trying to find old bug reports to avoid dups but the search can be misleading. We're waiting for 1.5 to upgrade :)
