Describe the enhancement and the motivation for it.
Currently files that are opened for deletion are shown as if all lines of
content have been deleted but I don't see any actual indication of
deletion.  In the general case the contents of a deleted file aren't
important, so I think it would be more intuitive if the contents of deleted
files were replaced with "This file has been deleted", or words to that effect.

What operating system are you using? What browser?
Shouldn't matter, but Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.4 and Firefox 3.5.3.

The "Review Request" email that gets sent out should also specify "deleted"
in the "Diffs" section of the email body, for thise files which have been marked for
deletion.
