What's the URL of the page this enhancement relates to, if any?
the diff viewer

Describe the enhancement and the motivation for it.
When you click on something like "25 lines hidden [Expand]"
then there is no way of un-expanding the 25 lines. Not a huge deal for 25
lines, but imagine you have 400 lines which you would like to hide again.

You could click on "Expand changes" to expand all of them and then click on
"Collapse changes", but imagine you have several multi-thousand line files
in your diff with the diff itself having significantly less. That takes
quite some time for the browser to deal with that.

What operating system are you using? What browser?
linux, firefox
