Could we make individual comments (bonus points: and individual replies to those comments) linkable?
Sometimes an interesting discussion, an instructive example, etc. arises during the code review process. In those cases, I would like to be able to share a link with my coworkers (in chat, internal wiki, on another review) or save it for future reference. At the moment, I can send a link to the whole review and then say "go to the 3rd review by eliu and look at the 5th comment" or something similarly awkward.
This seems possible because unresolved issues are already linkable--I'm looking for everything to be similarly linkable.
