Describe the enhancement and the motivation for it.


The current Slack integration allows conditions to be specified for different criteria.  Conditions can be specified based on Owner, Review groups, etc. An obvious omission is individual reviewers. It would be helpful to have the ability to create a condition based on one or more individual reviewers.
