When a user creates a review request, if he is part of a group, automatically assign the group he is part of to the review request.

Group leaders use groups to track the RB activity of their own team. When a member of their own team posts a new request (pre or post-commit), the group leader must be informed. By automatically adding the group to the request, this goal is easily achieved.
This is what "default reviewers" are for. In most organizations users are members of many groups, and it's a lot more correct to assign groups based on repository/filenames in the diff than just who posted something.
