4405: Cannot set group-based ACL on repositories

What steps will reproduce the problem?


    

  1. Add a new review group (named testgroup) with ACLs in place (check "Invite only" and select users and local site)
    2. 

  2. Click on a repository to edit (or create a new one)
    3. 

  3. Uncheck the "Publicly accessible" box
    4. 

  4. Select newly created review group and add it to the "Chosen review groups with access" list
    5. 

  5. Click Save
    6. 





What is the expected output? What do you see instead?


It's expected to save the edits and apply the ACL.  Instead, after clicking "Save" the following error is displayed:

"The review group testgroup does not exist."
