Have a review with attachment on 1.6.16
Upgrade to 2.0.20, check review with attachment and it will show
Upgrade then onto 2.5.1.1, and screenshow thumbnail is fine but clicking on it won't show the file.
New attachments are fine on 2.5.1.1, its just historic old ones

Expect to see attached file, see nothing. Worked on jump from 1.6.16 to 2.0.20

On an existing review and a new file being attached they are showing. Note the directory contents and how the files are being created, which could be how it is being done now (directory 05 is new working ones, the rest are just the filename without that string prepended).

RB1.jpg is the thumbnails, RB2.jpg is all I get with no bigger version when clicking on one. This is on previously added files not at 2.5.1.1
