Describe the enhancement and the motivation for it.
Code reviewing is great but it is difficult to make comments against the
testing box. I find I have to make all other comments first, then hit
"Edit Review" button and post them there being very careful to specify
to which portion of the test each comment applies. It would be great to
have comments tagged to "lines" of the test box similar to how you can
do that for lines of code.
The description box could also benefit from this ability.
Diffs for those boxes between reviews would also be great.
