What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I tried to register captcha SYSTEM SETTINGS -> BASIC AUTHENTICATION SETTINGS -> follow the link that is described here "To enable this, you will need to go here to register an account and type in your new keys below."
2. I clicked on that link "https://admin.recaptcha.net/recaptcha/createsite/
3. The webpage displays the following msg "Not Found Error 404". Seems like broken link.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see the captcha using reCAPTCHA on the registration page,but instead I endup with "Not Found Error 404"
What operating system are you using? What browser?
Windows 7 and Chrome/FireFox
