What's the URL of the page containing the problem?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Having a review request with the Branch field set and the branch path is fairly long
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
On Firefox it looks ok but on Chrome it fails to word wrap and the text boxes start overlapping with the information properties.
