What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click on "All Review Requests"
2. Click on "Hide closed"
3. Click on "My Dashboard"
4. Click on "All" under Outgoing
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see all reviews I have ever submitted. Instead, I see only the open ones. If I got back to "All Review Requests" and click "Show closed", then go back to my dashboard, they are all visible again.
