Describe the enhancement and the motivation for it.
As a reviewer I often find myself looking at large reviews with a few thousand lines of code. Some time you lose context of the file you're currently looking at and what to scroll up to see the file name or you realise that a change you're looking at relates to something further up the file.

As you scroll back up you lose where you previously were and it can be tricky to find.

It would be good if the review could set bookmarks that persist whilst carrying out the review and controls to jump between them. This way the workflow could be "I need to see something elsewhere", set a bookmark at my current location, scroll around, jump back to the bookmark and carry on.
