The diff viewer lets you see comments associated with lines of code but does not let you reply to such comments without leaving the diff viewer.
What I ended up doing is adding new comment which ended up as a separate issue (if I leave "Open an issue" checked) or comment.
The diff viewer has a Reply button which suppose to take you to the review page. I tried it but it takes me to the review page without opening a reply box.
Productivity will be improved significantly by letting replies be added directly on the diff viewer page.
My typical workflow is to look at the comments on the review page. To fully understand a comment in context I (right) click on the link to the related code and open it in a separate tab (or window). It is counter productive to go back to the review page (manually or using Reply button) in order to reply to a comment.
