2424: Comments boxes aren't rendering on Google Chrome

What version are you running?

1.6.3

What's the URL of the page containing the problem?
<private repo>

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to "View Reviews"
2. Select an existing review.
3. Click on "Add comment" anywhere.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

A white box expands to leave a comment in Safari. On chrome it doesn't.

What operating system are you using? What browser?

Mac OS Lion, Chrome 15.0.874.121
