Describe the enhancement and the motivation for it.
I think a useful feature for Review Board is to show the last revision where the current user reviewed/posted comments. Sometimes two or three revs go by before I get a chance to review again, and I like to use the "diff between revisions" feature, but I don't know which previous rev to diff against.
A simple implementation would be a 'comment was on diff #X' note on reviews.
