1. Login using LDAP as first.last
2. Login using LDAP as First.Last
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Only one user should be in the reviewboard database.

What operating system are you using? What browser?
Centos 6.0, occurs in IE, Chrome, Firefox

Please provide any additional information below.
LDAP used is through Windows Server 2008 R2 Active Directory
Perhaps there are LDAP settings to force user logins to be case sensitive and this is not an issue for reviewboard.

There are two users, first.last and First.Last created.
