2076: Comment boxes appear in the incorrect location in Safari on an iPad

What's the URL of the page containing the problem?
Inside company VPN

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open up a diff on an iPad
2. Highlight a few lines of code to comment on them

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: a comment box next to the lines I just highlighted
Actual: a comment box appears at the top of the page, so I have to scroll up to type in it then scroll back down to where I was.

This has changed, but not for the better. I'm going to close this bug in favor of 3015, since that one is more correct now.
