1723: Attempt to recover password causes CSRF verification failed

When I attempt to recover my password, after I enter my email address and press the Recover button, I get an error page stating "CSRF verification failed. Request aborted"

1.5 RC1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Simply attempt to recover your password.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I see the error message mentioned above.
