1654: "Expand" link in diff view does nothing

steps to reproduce:
1. go to any review request with diff attached
2. click "view diff"
3. click "Expand" link below the diff

What is the expected output? 
1. file is expanded

What do you see instead?
1. there is just "loading" box shown and nothing happends

What operating system are you using? What browser?
Linux x86, Opera 10.10, Opera 10.5x, FF 3.6.3, Konqueror 4.4.2
