What version are you running?
ReviewBoard 1.5.x beta 2 master

What's the URL of the page this enhancement relates to, if any?
This will be:
webapi/reviewrequests/bug/<bug number>/
webapi/reviewrequests/bug/<bug number>/count/

Describe the enhancement and the motivation for it.
O reviews and bugs are connected. This will be good to may get informations
about review state having bug number.

What operating system are you using? What browser?
Unix/Linux Firefox/Chrome/IE6 + Chrome Frame
