1585: Order fields on login form so that TAB works as expected

What's the URL of the page this enhancement relates to, if any?

Describe the enhancement and the motivation for it.
It would be useful if the form fields of the login form were ordered so
that a user could log on by:
1. Entering username
2. Pressing TAB
3. Entering password
4. Pressing ENTER

2 doesn't work, as it takes you to "Create one now".

What operating system are you using? What browser?
