Describe the enhancement and the motivation for it.

I think a good addition to the Json API is the ability to retrieve a list
of review requests created between a specified start and end date. This
would be useful for a Trac plugin I'm trying to create that lists review
requests in the Trac timeline.

What operating system are you using? What browser?

Linux/Firefox 3.5
