What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to add some additional reviewers to the request
2. Make sure that the list that comes up has sufficient entries so a scroll
bar shows up on the right-hand side
3. Scroll through the user list using the scroll bar and watch the real
names to get out of sync with the user names
What do you see instead?
Also make note of the fact that the real names are drawn over the scroll
bar's clipping area.
