1295: Indicate add/delete/edit for each file in the "Files Changed:" section of the diff page

What version are you running?
  I can't tell: I'm using reviewboard.eng.vmware.com, and it just says
"Review Board beta" at the top.

What's the URL of the page this enhancement relates to, if any?

Describe the enhancement and the motivation for it.
  It would be nice if the "Files Changed:" section of the diff page
indicated whether a file is being added, deleted, or edited. 
Green/red/yellow color-coding there would be a nice touch.

What operating system are you using? What browser?

This would be particularly helpful when files are when files are being moved and
you're trying to get the big picture.
