What version are you running?
RB 1.0

What's the URL of the page containing the problem?
http://sped64/r/246/

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a new request
2. Fill Groups, People, Description and Testing Done ( Take more then 10
min to fill Description and Testing Done. Should have more then 10 lines )
3. Now clicking "Ok" for Testing Done will show "Loading..." and hangs.
It never comes back.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected is to enable "publish" button instead of seeing "Loading..". We
could not click "publish" button.

What operating system are you using? What browser?
Windows x64 2003 and IE 6.0 ( Server ) and clients are using Windows XP
and IE 6 / 7

Please provide any additional information below.
This is not always reproducible. We saw this from 4 users till now for new
request. This was not happening in RC3 or older release. Our Team is using
since 3 months and we did not faced this problem. When we moved to RB 1.0,
we face this problem. Not always. When it hangs what we do is to click on
the My Dashboard -> All My Requests -> draft copy and then Publish.

Can you install Firebug and see what's happening when it hangs? Likely there's a
JavaScript error or something.

Firebug is for FireFox and not for Internet Explorer. We have equivalent to Firebug
for Internet Explorer i.e. CompanionJS. Will let you know the result.

Noticed this from the user. Attached the snap shot of widows script message. It
hanged when updated the bug number ( all other info was given before this ) in the
new review request.
This system does not had CompanionJS so I could not get FireBug output. If I faced
the problem, I can get the FireBug output.
