What's the URL of the page this enhancement relates to, if any?
admin -> default reviewers page
Describe the enhancement and the motivation for it.
It should be possible to associate a "default reviewer" with repositories.
The file path seems to be relative to the repository url, making it
impossible to distinguish files from different repositories but with
same relative path
Example
repos1: https://repos1.com/
repos2: https://repos2.com/
review request 1: repos1 trunk/somefile.cpp should have
default reviewer group A
review request 2: repos2 trunk/somefile.cpp should have
default reviewer group B
