What's the URL of the page containing the problem?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Submit a diff via post-review
2. Try to comment on the diff
3. Observe that the a message pops up at the top of the page:

Error:
undefined 404 NOT FOUND

Please try again later. If this continues to happen, please report it to
your administrator.

The details reveal the URL above as not found. The entered comments are
silently lost.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect the comments to be saved, or a noisier (modal) error message posted.

What operating system are you using? What browser?

Debian lenny (server)/sid (client), Firefox 3.5b4

More critically, comments are also quietly discarded if somebody tries to comment on
a freshly submitted revised diff.

Actually, I think Christian meant to merge this with bug 831, but it's still a duplicate.
