Describe the enhancement and the motivation for it.
The last editor for a review should be shown. It would be nice to see, how
made the last change, comment etc for a review, to be sure not to check
your own "last changes"

I think what he means is the last person to update the review at all, either through
a review, reply, diff update, etc. It would be handy to be able to see that the last
update came from the person who posted, for example.
