Describe the enhancement and the motivation for it.
I'd like that reviewboard provided a way to set a text at the right part
of the "Base Diff Path:" field, this way one could better explain what is
expected to be typed there

Quite a few people had problems uploading a "manual SVN diff" (not post-commit). It
turned out it was because they did not understand that precise field.

It's definitely confusing. I wish we didn't have to ask users for it but we do. This is why we recommend 
post-review.
