Describe the enhancement and the motivation for it.
Adding simplejson as a dependency will help rbtools become more popular
because installation will be more streamlined. Currently, we have a
serious issue with windows installs for post-review because setuptools +
simplejson is such an in-depth process. This will help lighten the load.
What operating system are you using? What browser?
Windows.

This should be pretty straight forward and easy to fix as its directly
supported with setuptools.
