972: Email subject is not updated along with review request description

What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Create a review request based on a perforce changeset. Review description should read "ABC" 2. Attach diffs, etc. 3. Modify the review request's description. Change to "XYZ" 4. Submit for review What is the expected output? What do you see instead? The generated email's subject will still be "ABC", instead of "XYZ".
Are you sure you changed the summary and not just the description? The e-mail subject comes from the summary field. I did this just today and it worked fine for me.

Looks like I changed the description, thinking it would cascade to the subject -- I didn't even see the icon near the subject line. User error.
