Describe the enhancement and the motivation for it.

Mirror path should be supported for all scm tolls available. We have Mercurial repositories 
accessed by SSH but review-board cannot connect correctly to them. Web-access works perfectly 
though so having mirror path working would solve our SSH issues.

What operating system are you using? What browser?

Centos 5.2 on server, Mac OS X 10.5 + Safari 4ß/Firefox 3.0.7

Mirror path is always checked when scanning repositories. Put the one that Review
Board can access as the main path, and the developer one as the Mirror Path.
