947: Lost comment updates

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add a comment, save it but do not publish it.
2. Move around the diff screen then come back to it.
3. Edit the comment, save and submit

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

It should send the latest revision of the comment. What it sends is the
first edit of it.

What operating system are you using? What browser?

I believe this was caused by another bug that was recently fixed. It works fine for
me now. Please test with the latest nightly (if this is your own instance of Review
Board) and reopen if this still fails.
