946: Indication for bugs in a change

In the comment dialog, we could have a check box that indicates that this part of the change is actually going to cause a bug as opposed to a cosmetic or code style change. This will help people observe how useful reviews have really been in catching problems that might have escaped. It also indirectly shows how good/bad certain reviewers are at catching errors in the code.
Should have 2 configurable fields for the comment dialog. 1. severity of bug. 2. Type of bug. In addition there should be a configurable fixed field that will be marked when the bug is fixed. The fixed field would be marked by the author and confirmed by the author of comment.
I just noticed this. My enhancement request is similar to this. http://code.google.com/p/reviewboard/issues/detail?id=1277 I think this feature would be VERY useful and is surprisingly easy to develop. (More bang for the buck.)
I'm actually going to mark this one as a dupe of 1277, since that request is a lot more comprehensive
