941: can not new review request after adding a repository

What's the URL of the page containing the problem?
http://zcydsd370:8080/reviews/r/new/

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.add a repository of svn in admin page
2.click on New Review Request

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should open a page to let me type in the request detail. But it failed:

It appears something broke when you tried to go to here. This is either a
bug in Review Board or a server configuration error. Please report this to
your administrator.

What operating system are you using? What browser?
The server is running on Solaris 8. I used Firefox and IE on Windows XP.

The repository information I added:
name: jielan
path: http://reviewboard.googlecode.com/svn/
tool: Subversion

fixed.
root cause: pysvn was not installed correctly on Solaris. Install ReviewBoard on
Linux and it's OK now.
