920: Cancel "ship it" status for reviews

If your finger slips or you find something after the fact, it'd be nice to 
be able to revoke your "ship it" status.

Also, as a question, if you post another review after a "ship it" review, 
do you pull the latest review's "ship it" status, or does any "ship it" 
status count?  (Where does the dashboard column get its data from?)

Any counts. We're going to look into rethinking a lot of the current stuff around
"ship it" probably in 1.5.

I think with the new enhancements to the "Ship it" column in the dashboard (whereby it will show open issues), this is improved enough for me to call it fixed.
