904: Remove reviews from my Dashboard that I have chosen "Ship It" for

When I am done with going over a review and I click "Ship It", I shouldnt
see that review any more in my dashboard.

There is currently no indication which reviews that I have in my dashboard
I have finished and selected "Ship It" for.

jeff:  Add the "my comments" column (IMHO, this column should be present by default)
-- when the ship it is ticked, there is a little checkbox that appears -- so you can
visually skip it at least.  Very handful.
