It's kind of a pain to create a review request from an existing changeset (or set of changes in svn), since it requires doing stuff in reviewboard, then doing stuff in your VCS, then going back to reviewboard to upload the diff. It'd be nice to get it down to 1 step for perforce, and two for SVN.
