What's the URL of the page containing the problem? /r/#/ I've noticed some people click the wrong "Add comment" link when there's no footer for the review and they mean to comment on the last diff comment. This is understandably confusing, since we show an "Add comment" link for an empty block of text. We should only show "Add comment" if the area we'd be commenting on has text (in the case of body_top and body_bottom).
