881: Caret is not visible in the comments edit box until you click inside it

What's the URL of the page containing the problem?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to any diff page
2. Click a line to bring up the comments box
3. Observe that there is no caret in the edit box.
4. You can type text into the box, and backspace works, but no other
navigation keys work (arrows, home, end, etc.).

Clicking inside the edit box shows the caret, and then all keys work properly.

What operating system are you using? What browser?
XP SP2 64-bit, Firefox 2.0.0.20. The problem does not happen on IE 7.

This looks to be a browser bug. We're specifically telling it to focus, and it seems
that it's at least accepting key presses. I don't think there's anything we can
really do about this.
