869: Linkifying matches on everything after the word "issue"

I added this phrase to the description:

"See the associated JIRA issue to see what's changed."

The phrase "issue to" was linkified incorrectly.  Should it determine that 
the word following "issue" contains a number before linkifying it?

Oops.  Just noticed r1767.  Haven't verified, but this will probably fix things.

Yep, should fix it. Someone at VMware complained about this too.
