What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click "Review" when looking at a review request.
2. Enter some text and hit "Publish Review".
3. Nothing happens, you need to hit the button a second time before the
window closes.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
You should have to click the "Publish Review" button only once.

What operating system are you using? What browser?
Linux, Windows, Firefox 2.0.0.19.
A colleague reported this problem using Seamonkey 1.0.6. For him, it
actually sent out the notification email twice.

This does not happen with firefox 3 :/

The second time it wors and publish the review.

Please try again later. If this continues to happen, please report it to your
administrator.

It happens all the time for new review (that i sent via post-reveiw).

I haven't seen this at all, though I have noticed that if the server is acting slow,
it will seem like this behavior is happening. I suspect that's all it is.

If you could see what error you get (if any) in your admin e-mail (as specified in
General Settings), that could help us to track it down.

Also, what version are you currently using, and are you still seeing this?

This looks similar to an IE bug, and if so, it should be fixed in r1945. Closing as
such, but please let us know if you still hit it in RC1.
