What's the URL of the page containing the problem?

http://codereview/reviewboard/r/1174/s/11/delete/

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. attach a image, maybe leave a comment and publish it
2. hit the red little x on the image to delete it
3. image does not get deleted

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Image should get deleted but it remains on the review page.
No error messages in httpd's error log nor in reviewboard's log.

What operating system are you using? What browser?
linux, firefox 3.

I'm actually not able to reproduce this. Perhaps it's been fixed since this bug
report. Can you test with 1.0?
