843: Update diff not working

What's the URL of the page containing the problem?


What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a new diff file
2. Click on update diff for an existing review

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output is a new diff posted and when you see changes between
revisions it shows nothing. Where as if you do cat on the actual diff file
there are changes.


What operating system are you using? What browser?
Ubuntu and Firefox

Please provide any additional information below.

I'm not sure I understand the end result of what you're seeing well enough to make
any kind of determination of the problem.
